Does anyone have an exercise that will substitute for leg curls? Right now i have two different lower body workouts that i do and i am having a hard time finding another hamstring exercise. Right now i do leg curls and single leg RDL’s on one day, and single leg RDL’s and deadlifts on the other. The deadlifts are more of a back exercise though i think, so i am looking for another one that specifically targets the hammy’s. Any suggestions?

also its one leg variation. Work up to being able to do 3 sets of 12-15 good reps with a single leg.
