Growth spurt

The last 3 months ive grown about 3 inches so im guessing im in my growth spurt and i went rfom about 5’4 to no 5’7 do u think that since my bones are growing i should be throwing or should i wait a few months

keep throwing to keep muscle memory but don’t lift wieghts

lol. i grew from like 5 foot 3 to 5 foot 8, i’ve still pitched, and worked out, but not with weights, only body weight.

I agree.

You doctor can give you the best answer. But I can tell you that the growth plates are more vulnerable to injury during periods of rapid growth. So says my orthopedist. Therefore, be very aware of overuse.
