I seperated my growth plate in my shoulder wen i was 12. I am currently 16 and my growth plates hav not fully closed up yet. Are there any workouts that i should stay away from? Should I be worried as far as pitching?
The growth plates in your shoulders don’t normally close until about 17yo. I wouldn’t worry too much about it other than staying aware of any pain in that area you might feel and getting it checked out right away.
