Going on tiptoes?

I just kind of realized today, im not sure though that I sort of going on my tiptoe of my back foot when lifting up my leg.not an insane amount but im wondering if this is good bad or no consequence? i think i actullay push off better like that and get a bit longer of a stride

As long as it doesn’t screw up your balance throuout your delivery, then it probably will help you drive more
