In the past year, I have learned lots about training, yet none about training for baseball, just powerlifting.
I have achieved a 325x3 squat, 210x2 bench, and a 320x5 deadlift in a year. Not bad… but I have yet to see much translation, if any.
I have also neglected all mobility and other things that would actually help me gain velocity.
Can someone help me put together a good program for a pitcher? Mobility and working out? I also think that a LOT of med ball throws would be a great idea. Thoughts?
