Getting over your front side

#1

I hear coaches say things like “get over your front side”. What does that mean

#2

Your head is out over (in front of) your stride foot (front foot) as you release the pitch.

Getting out over your front foot is a result of other things so you need to work on those other things. What are they? Good momentum, postural stability, late shoulder rotation (which requires good glove control).
