Getting my manual tomorrow. where to start?

i’m 16, almost 17 and i am expecting my manual tomorrow. i was clocked at 76-80 at my last showcase if that helps. i haven’t done alot of lower/core workouts. just upper. but i’m starting to do more lower.

where should i start in the manual?

Phase 1, week 5. and go from there.

lol. I’m obviously not playing any more, but I’m doing Phase 3, Week 2 right now and it’s kicking my butt! Love it, though. Good luck with the program. You’re going to be pleased with the results if you put in the work.
