Getting back in to shape

I haven’t thrown a baseball in a little over a year. I’m trying to be in top form for the 2010 summer season. How should I go about getting back in to form? When, and for how long, should I do the 4 phases from TUFF CUFF?

Each phase is 8 weeks. So if you don’t begin for 4 months, I’d start with Phase 3, Week 1 and add the throwing program starting 90 days from your first day of practice/tryouts.
