Tell you when I get there

-early north south movement with negligible lateral movement
-even but fast tempo from first movement through release
-aggressive drive toward the plate keeping the back knee over a flat back foot
-managing the stride in order to get up over a vertical front leg that doesn’t drift after foot plant
-effective use of rotational energy from back foot roll over all the way up the chain
-releasing the ball out in front
-following through down the target line
