Anybody know how to get your front leg extended? my knees are bent at the point of release and i spin off. Also, my toes point up high to the sky when striding and land on on my heel. any drills or advice?
Tough to make suggestions without seeing you but what you’ve described sounds like symptoms of some other issue. I’d look earlier in your delivery for the cause. Or, better yet, post some video.

Is the mound condition, as such, the reason for your bent leg and other leg/foot positioning?
