Anyone know any good forearm exercises? I know a few.

Reverse curl,wrist curl w/DB,wrist extensions w/DB, close grip bench press, are all good for your forearms

Using a wrist roller is a good workout. You can make one for a couple of bucks (pvc pipe and some rope). I dont know if you wanted grip strength stuff as well, but
has a ton of grip related tools.

Other than that, isometric holds work well (holding the bar for a set of deadlifts, pullups, etc.).
