Nice article, definitely some solid forearm exercises. I think forearms sometimes are not paid enough attention to. There are a lot of lifts that indirectly strengthen forearms, but it is definitely important to do some lifts specifically for them sometimes.

Definitely. Anything where you are gripping you are using forearms.

My dad made a wrist roller for my brother and I for us to use growing up…definitely the best forearm workout in my opinion! And so simple to do…in fact so simple that I would usually use it while watching tv. I’d recommend that exercise to anyoene…great article!
