Do you supplement the workouts with any other lifting template? I just want to maximize the effects of the program. If so, what is it?

I don’t see why this wouldn’t work. The combat pitcher stuff is mainly plyos and conditioning but no real strength work from what I remember.

Yeah, I’m currently debating wheather I should stick to BB or DB bench on ME day. I don’t really have a choice now because my weight training teacher at school tests us regularily on BB improvement. But once summer begins, I’ll have full reign over my training.

My problem is that I put on muscle mass pretty easily and don’t want to lose ROM in my shoulder.
