What are some of your guys’ opinions about mixing in catch with a football once a week?

Pros- Pronation, Arm Strength
Cons- It’s not a baseball (rule of specificity)

Also don’t play tackle football and land on your non throwing arm and cause a severe separation.

Get loose with it first, nice and easy. Then throw it far, and throw it hard.
