Whats up fellas… what are some good forearm exercises that i can do, because ive done a numerous amount of them, adn nothing seems to really work
do wrist curls with a bench bar while sitting down and your arm straight ahead and on the bench. then stand up and do reverse wrist curls with arms hanging down. then take a dumbell in your hand and do wrist turns. another good one is try gripping a the side of a dumbell and just hold onto it as long as you can.
