So, I’m not a very flexible person and I was just wondering how much stretching is an adequate amount. And if there are any stretches that are the most effective for our sport and if there are any that are a waste of time. Oh, and does anybody think yoga is a good idea for pitchers? Thanks guys.

There’s a ton of resources for looking up great stretching regimen’s that are baseball specific. Additionally, I think Yoga is great and am an active participant in weekly Vinyassa classes.

I need to work on my flexiblity as well. Flexibility is so amazingly benifical. Less injurys, and better performance. My football coach preaches it.
