I think you are asking alot of yourself to come back in a week or two after being off for 2 months. And then pressuring yourself by scheduling a four day camp on top of that..............
You need some better planning so that this isn't a reoccuring theme in your development. Besides that you want to be prepared to get the most out of a camp especially if it is a college that might be on your list.
Its just my opinion based on observing my son and his pitching coach but rushing yourself at this point in the game is counterproductive. Lay down a foundation of flatground fastballs, increase the numbers week by week and get into some longer toss then mix in the change up and finally the breaking ball.
Remember that arm of yours isn't used to being used for four days straight. If you took the time to hit the weights over the last 2 months, you'll need some time to get everything stretched out. This is the time where dedication to the RTC exercises will payoff. Its much better to be preventative than rehabilitative.
