First time in a while

ok so this is the first time i’ve got a chance to actually get on here and post something cause my hands have been full with soccer. our season ended a week ago to the team that just won the region championship. we finished our season with a record of 12-3. at the school i attend, that is actually an okay record. ok enough with soccer lol. but i was just wondering if next week would be a good time to start training for baseball season? also, does anyone out there have an effective workout plan?
