every time i start it seems like the first 3 innings are when i struggle the most. after the 3rd i start pitching better and then the other team won’t get any runs after the 3rd. dose any body have any clue why i struggle in the first 3 innings?
try warming up then sitting down for a few minutes then warming up again. your body will think it has already pitched the first few innings
Totally agree with above. I throw one inning of simulated ball in the bullpen before I go in. This includes a mock batter if you have the spare teammate.
