FG Velo vs Mound velo


Currently in the beginning of my 7th month of TJ rehab and I just threw a flat ground for the first time. about 20 throws was 77 and hit 79 a couple times, 80 percent intensity I’m wondering how much more MPH people typically gain when the get on the mound. How much the slope increases velocity compared to coming from a flat ground.



Three to four mph is what I’ve personally seen. Keep working brother, it will be worth it in the end.
