Ever since I started my workout at the beginning of the summer, I have felt alot stronger. Also, I have gained almost 20 pounds since I started. But I feel like I am more flabbier on my stomach and “buttocks” lol. Is this normal? Should I worry about it? If so, what could I do to burn the fat?
If you’ve been taking protein you may not have absorbed it all. The extra protein stores as fat. Just drink more water.
Add a couple of high intensity cardio sessions per week and see what happens.
