Fast Twitch/Slow Twitch Program

Hey guys,

I’m doing a Fast Twitch/Slow Twitch Program for hockey twice a week, and the program is running from October to March. Like I said, we work out twice a week for an hour and a half each night. I was just wondering, are any of the following exercises beneficial to pitching or baseball in general? The common exercises we do each night are:

Lower Ab Situps (60 seconds, 4 reps)
Crunches (60 seconds, 4 reps)

Hop Ups (60 seconds, 4 reps)

If anyone needs an explanation of any of these exercises, please ask. If I can think of anymore exercises that we do on a regular basis, I’ll edit my post. Thanks in advance, guys.
