Fall ball w/ workouts

hey guys whats up

my spring/summer league is over this week and i have my 2 fall leagues starting up in early august with all the games on weekends

i want to start my training during the week, such as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

would this be a good idea?

like i’d do upper body monday/wed lower tues/thurs

(off-season i do upper body mon/thurs and lower body tues/fri with cardio on wednesday)

and my main goals are to get faster (running and throwing) gain weight and just general strength w/o getting bulky, any tips are appreciated

Sounds good.

I’d add 2 core workouts a week if you don’t have that already. Doesn’t need to be lengthy; maybe 4 or 5 exercises that target different muscles, not just the abs.
