We’ll my next couple months are now planned out and I’m wondering if you think they seem like they’ll help progress my strength, speed, and stamina.
Mondays- Lifting (Defranco’s Four Day Split), Velocity Sports Training
Tuesdays-Lifting (Defranco’s) Baseball Open Gym/Conditioning
Wednesday- Same as Monday
Thursdsay- Same as Tuesday
Saturday- Open Gym/Conditioning
I just finished up my first six weeks on defranco’s skinny bastar*s program and I’ve seen success. Noticable strength gains. For anyone on the program anyone have any adjustments they’ve made or anything you’ve implemented.
