I’m designing my own workout program, and I am looking for a variety of exercises for my program. I was hoping to do 5 exercises a day for 6 days, as well as cardio and stretching. So, I am looking for roughly 30 exercises that I can do that will help my whole body. For example, I’m not looking to just work on my arm, I am looking to help my arms, legs, thighs, hamstrings, etc. Everything that is involved in pitching.

I am 14 years old and about 30 exercises would be great. Thanks!
