Exercises to Keep your shoulder healthy


Really need some exercise to keep my shoulder healthy.After every training my shoulder is sore.A bit of muscle pain like the one after working out so i want to train my shoulder to be a bit stronger and not get injured.Like WHat a proper warm up should be and some separate exercises.I know that if you are doing a repeptitive move in order not to get injured you must do the opposite move too.So the muscle gets strong around the tendon without creating imbalances that will occur tendonitis.
