Evaluate me and my mechanics

no one really looks at the mechanics forum so look here and let me know what i need to improve on. I wasnt striding like i normally do because the mound was really bad so i just threw normal .

the only thing i dont like is ur stride length

doesnt look like ur getting much momentum

other than that, all looks good

sorry but i doubt theres anyway your throwing like you say you are in the mid 90s, maybe low to mid 80s, dont just guess your speed and if you do, take off 5-10 mph cause thats what it most liekly is haha

Did i not say mid to high 80s in my other post

And its liberty university, VA august 15th ill be starting

God you get criticized for everything. For one there was no catcher to throw the ball to and 2nd the mound was as flat as a pancake.

I d be glad to face any hitter anywhere lol. Bring it on.

Raw Talant we have talked alot about your mechanics.

1st you need more momentum
2nd short stride

How to get a longer stride and more momentum? Well I will tell you

You need to step back and get the momentum moving forward not to the side which cuts off all your momentum. Also you need to drift when you lift your leg you stay straight over the rubber at peek leg lift you want to be strideing out when you have peek leg lift.

You need to work on:
Step back with leg lift foot
Drift to plate when you are doing the leg lift

I thought somewhere RawTalent said that he was throwing in the 90s but he happened to lose some MPH and was throwing mid 80s…

take five inches off your stride length than you will feel more comfortable.

jordan you don’t want to take off from his stride. You want a long stride what you want to do is gain more momentum so the long stride feels comfartable.

So work on drifting with the lift leg when you start to pick it up.
