I was wondering if there is any way to build up your elbow so it’s stronger?Such as getting your forearms stronger or your wrist stronger? Is there certain things that will help build it up so it doesn’t start hurting? Thanks
The elbow, being a joint, is strengthened by strengthening the muscles on either side of it. But, while proper strength is important, elbow pain is probably more often a result of overuse or poor mechanics/timing so you should make sure those things are addressed.
And, depending on the nature of the pain, rest may be more appropriate than exercise - at least initially.
