I have been throwing everyday for a month straight and about 1/2 of those days I have been pitching. My shoulder doesn’t hurt much but know it is slightly hurting. what should I do? It hurts slightly in my elbow and shoulder.
Patient: "Doctor, it hurts when I do this."
Doctor: “Then don’t do that”.
Seriously, it sounds like you might need to back off a bit. If, by “every day”, you really mean 7 days a week, then you probably need to cut back. And if you’re really pitching every other day, then you probably need to cut back on the pitching as well.
ok now my season is done for both teams I can do that.
