Eating and Working Out

I was wondering when to work out, before or after a meal, and if so is any meal good to. (breakfast,morning or dinner,evening etc.)

Post workout is generally the best time to eat a meal. Your body is more receptive to carbs at this time, so you’d want to eat them PWO (post-workout).
