Early shoulder rotation

today i threw a bullpen and my velocity was way down… a good 5mph or so

i realized my shoulders are opening pretty much a little before my foot plants… i tried to correct this but it just wouldnt work…

i tried increasing my tempo, starting my hips sooner but nothing worked… any ideas or was it just a bad day?

Well, I’m no expert in the field of mechanics, but I would definately say wait for another bullpen session to find out, because, I know what you mean, I felt really weird today too(My leg didnt think it could kick as high as I usually make it :lol: ) haha.

this has happened to me as well offset. i think its a mixture of a missing mechanic and a bad day, but thats just my opinion…
