Early Season Pitching

I have a 13-u travel team in Tn and we play some early tournaments in March and April, in which the weather can be downright cold. What should my pitch counts be and does cold weather really harm arms or is it a lack of warming up. My other coaches believe we need to rotate pitchers every two inning at the beginning of the season. What is your opinion.

You do have to warm up properly and then ensure that you stay warm.

I would go with the other guys and rotate pitchers every two innings or 30 pitches.
