i have a problem with driving with my back leg, and i was watching the roy oswalt clip from the other thread about hip rotation and he goes extremely low. I tried it a couple of times but it’s really uncomfortable and i just lose all my control. Is there any drills that can help me with this?thanks

keeping your weight back and leading with the hips will load your drive leg… its then a push off the ground which will initate the hips to torqe open
