Driveline Baseball - Tethered Resistance Band Cycle

Here’s our tethered resistance band cycle. This is our basic warmup cycle where the band is attached/hooked to something. We have a separate free-floating resistance band cycle that includes more scapular-specific work.

Have you guys ever tried any manual resistance exercises for the shoulder. I was reading about them the other day and it seemed pretty interesting.
