tape sum sorta of a ‘rubber’ to the ground and mark off ur body height from the rubber… so ur looking at a 100% stride

the tape a marking device [or a square] so that the top of the square is at the 100% mark

then just practice ur motion and when u reach that mark u no uve reached 100%

im doing this and it helps alot

good idea i learned that for me the longer the stride the more velocity and accuracy
