Figured out how to get my arm action from my dry work to translate to me actually throwing a baseball.
I’ll post the video below, but I was finally able to get my arm into a good position, the power L position.
My elbow and shoulder level needs to be adjusted, but that wasn’t my focus today.
I also need to work on getting my wrist to lead my elbow instead of them both going up at the same time.
I think this is a improvement upon previous videos, but I still have more to work on.

-hand lead elbow(hand up before elbow)
-shoulder level(tilt back more)
