Well a forced "Scap Load" takes the arm past normal range of motion. I say work on flexibility. For me, if you force the "Scap Load" it causes a hitch in the action. One's terminology of a "Scap Load" is different from others. Just like Tim Lincecum says work the lower 1/2 and the arm is along for the ride.
P.S. Ask a Professional Pitcher if he "Scap Loads". Most will then ask you what are you talking about.
