Does Olympic lifting increase your velocity?


I read that Olympic lifting and lifting a bar with a lot of heavy plates on both sides can increase velocity. Is this true?


It could be that it looked like promoting or advertising to the administrator. Often there is a private message sent to your account for explanation. In the absence of that, it’s probably the promoting/advertising aspect.
