height: 6-5
weight: 215
Mph:86-88 consistently
Level: Division II college
Last injury: shoulder tendinitis((recover with running,elastic rubber,
5lbs dumbbells and NOT THROWING))

A)Hey guy can i get help i need a good workout i bought the book of Steven its pretty good but i want something more just to gain 2-3 mph on my fastball. . ???

B)also i heard something about wheat protein helping pitcher to work longer on the GYM!! want you think i should take
i heard about NO-Explode ???

i finish this workout the boost me after my injury!
