Decent running training?

For some extra sprinting stuff, i went with my sister who does this stuff for her college volleyball off season trainign, i sprinted 100 metres(400 metre track) walked hte curve then sprint the next 100, ten times.

Interval training = very good :smiley:

It gets even more fun when you add pushups and core exercises.

well, I already did that stuff before hand, or are you saying at that in inbetween intervals?

Yeah, it’s just another way to pour a little “hot sauce” on things to raise the intensity. Something like…
100 yards
25 pushups
25 bicycles
Repeat X times

It’s a good way to cut down on workout time, especially if you dont have equipment.
