Decelerator muscles

What can i do to strengthen my decelerator muscles ?, i feel as if my accelerator muscles are a mack truck and my decelerator muscles are bicycle brakes LOL

Pull ups, horizonal rows, deadlifts.

Resistance bands

Strengthening the muscles is very important but just as important as proper mechanics to use the natural actions of the body to decelerate the arm.

With a band- do an external rotation, take a step back, and resist and slowly let you’re arm rotate back.
