I was wondering what you guys recommended for daily work. As in, something that should be done at least 5/6 days a week.
I already have in place a lifting workout, but from what I’ve read it isn’t something you want to do every day. However, in terms of core work, band work, med ball work, etc., is there a routine I should be doing every day that doesn’t require rest in between?
