#1

What are the different types of curveballs? What is the best one or better yet the safest?

i throw a sweeping curve… i haven’t come into any problems with it… its mor of a fastball motion rite at the batter wit ha flick of the wrist and a turn of the fingers it dives into the strike zone

Pheen,
That sounds more like a slurve, which is really more of a slider and tends to be harder on the arm.

Boston,
What type of curve will work best for you will depend on your arm action and your arm slot. Generally, a 12-6 curve is the most effective, however a more horizontal curve can be effective in a lefty vs lefty or righty vs righty situation.
