Crossover Symmentry

Anyone have experience using this system? I guess I am struggling to see how this is much different than just using the cables at the local gym?

It isn’t much different at all. You can find most of the exercises online. I do think some of them have validity.

Do you guys use it at your facility? Which ones do you like and dont like?

No, we use our bands that we manufacture ourselves.

Most of the exercises themselves are totally fine.
