Ok so one day i was pitching and i pulled my shoulder muscle so i rest it till it gets better. But then when i throw it again I pull it again. Is there anything i can do to stop this. I’ve pulled it 5 times in 4 weeks
Wait longer than 6 days between throwing?
See a doctor. Rest longer. Dont throw. First thing though probably go see a doctor one that knows what he is talking about.
you obviously need a change in something. if you keep doing the same thing you are probably going to continue to get the same results don’t you think.
kind of like the guy who keeps hitting his hand with the hammer and it continues to hurt when he does that.
