Results show creatine works. It allows you to train at a higher intensity longer, specifically during power movements. I know your going to gain 2-4 lbs from the water weight that comes with it. Has anyone experimented?
If you do it make sure you drink a lot of water. When I first did it I didnt drink enough water and got some gnarly headaches. Now I drink plenty of water and just enjoy the extra energy in my workouts!! If you want more indepth info talk to centerfield2150 he knows a lot about that kind of stuff.
It can work - some people are non-responders to creatine supplementation.
But yes, even though I don’t use it personally, I know many people who do and have gotten decent results out of it.
