Couple of Questions

Is it better to seperate lifting and speed/agility/plyo work or is better to do some of that stuff before you lift? Which is more beneficial?

Also, should you do plyo metrics (high intensity/impact) all year or should you take a break from them during your season. I know that you want to cut back on your lifting to 1 or 2 days to just maintain your strength/power gains from the off-season, but should you cut back on the plyos and other agility work stuff?
