I got a strained achilles about 2 1/2mos back in fotball, and I didn’t let it heel up fully and came back 2 wks beforte the season ended. It didn;t get any worse, but it still hurts when I run now, and the docs said it would heel on its own. Is there anything I could do for conditioning? I want to start running before the snow but i want this heeled too.
