Condition training/ leg strenght opinions plz!

hey guys

i was just wondering, jogging is alright, but does inline skating have more effect on ur strenght of muscles in your legs.

I was wondering this 'caus inline skating would be more fun , im getting tired of the running, besides it would be less stressfull for your knee’s am i right?

I don’t know if it would be easier on you knees but it sounds like it. Also you would have to do significantly more distance with skating to equal the same workout running. But for me i feel that running keeps me in shape and is good cardio-vascular workout, but it doesn’t build muscle.

jogging long distance = bad

work on the fast twitch muscle fibers. the pitching motion last about a second, not a the half an hour it takes you to run a 3 miles.
