Coming back after the flu

I have had the stomach flu for the past week. Today, I feel much better and I have begun to eat more regularly.
I have missed a whole week of baseball and have lost about 10 pounds. What is the best way to get back into the swing of things? (throwing, lifting, nutrition)…

by the way I am 16 and usually around 165…

Do what the major leaguers do—take it easy, gradually get back to eating normally, and as far as workouts are concerned, start off by playing catch for a few days and then gradually get back into your normal throwing routine. You don’t want to rush things; you want to make sure you’re at full strength. 8)
